·         The decision of holding the Mutual Fund Round Table conference(MFRT) in physical mode or otherwise solely lies on Ask Circle. Ask Circle will decide basis the covid19 and / or any other situations due to which there is some advisory of the Government (State / Central) which may influence such decision in the larger interests of the attending delegates.

·         MFRT 2022 Non Residential Registration includes lunch for 5^th and 6^th August, Dinner for 5^th August and Gala Dinner for 6^th August 2022.

·         Pre conference exhibition and sessions would start from 9.30 AM on 5th of August and last session would end on the 7th of August at 5 pm. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

·         No Airport / Railway Station etc pick up and drop facilities will be provided to any of the delegates.

·         Ask Circle reserves the right to ask the delegates to produce ARN card or any other such document in original for verification of eligibility to attend the conference. Failure in providing such a document may lead to cancellation of the registration and forfeiture of the registration fees paid.

·         NO Refund of the Registration Fees paid would be made under any circumstances. Any cancellation of registration request due to some unforeseen emergency will be entertained by Ask Circle, if received before 90 days of the Event. The Registration amount will be adjusted with NEXT YEAR Registration Fees.(Only one time option)

·         In the unlikely case of postponement of the Event due to any unavoidable circumstances, the registration would be deemed to be carried over to the next Year automatically and no claim of any Refund and / or interest on the Registration Amount paid would be entertained.    

·         Ask Circle will not be liable / responsible for any bodily injury and / or loss of belongings etc at the venue.
